What verification means
Verification means Golden Visa Lawyers has reviewed the stated firm or office and the credential evidence shown on the profile. It is not legal advice, a guarantee of outcome or a substitute for confirming the individual practitioner directly with the relevant regulator.
What we check
Firm and office identity
We check that the firm name, website, contact domain and stated office evidence are consistent.
Named credential evidence
A jurisdiction credential check requires a named practitioner and a match in a published official register. We record the regulator, source, check date and identifier when the register provides one.
Jurisdiction scope
A credential check applies only to the firm and country shown. It does not automatically cover another office, country or member of the team.
Review date
Jurisdiction credential evidence expires after 12 months. It can also be removed earlier if the source, practitioner status or firm information changes.
What verification does not mean
Verification does not mean the firm is right for every applicant, that fees are fixed, that a visa will be approved or that every professional shown on a firm profile has been independently checked. Team members without a current official credential check are labelled as firm-published professionals.
When verification changes
A verification signal may be removed or downgraded when official evidence cannot be confirmed, a firm changes ownership or domain, a check expires or a credible correction shows that the profile needs review.
Payment and directory order
Firms cannot buy verification. Golden Visa Lawyers awards no ranks, bands or numbered positions. Country and programme pages place verified firms first and then use alphabetical order. Payment or advertising cannot change verification, filters or organic order.
