- The official portal says the Committee issues its assessment within 30 days after a complete application reaches evaluation; requests for more evidence suspend the process.

- After the Nulla Osta is released, the applicant has six months to request the investor visa from the competent Italian representation.
- 8 days
- After entering Italy on the investor visa, the applicant must apply for the two-year investor residence permit at the local Questura within eight days.
- 3 months
- The declared investment or donation must be completed in full within three months of arrival and proved through the IV4I portal.
- 2 + 3 years
- The initial investor permit is valid for two years. Maintaining the original investment can support a three-year renewal, requested with a new Nulla Osta at least 60 days before expiry.
