Premium Subscription Terms
Effective 6 August 2026
These terms apply when an approved owner subscribes a claimed firm profile to Golden Visa Lawyers Premium.
Subscription
Premium costs USD $200 per month and renews automatically until cancelled. There is no trial or annual commitment. Blue Venture Studios Pty Ltd is the merchant. Taxes are calculated from the billing information supplied at Checkout under the merchant's Stripe tax configuration.
Cancellation and access
The approved firm owner can cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Enhanced modules are after Premium access ends but retained for restoration; the firm's core factual profile remains live.
What Premium changes
Premium provides moderated profile enhancements, booking tools and owner-safe aggregate analytics. Analytics counts are directional and may include automated activity. Firm-supplied content remains subject to review and is labelled on the public profile.
What Premium never changes
Payment does not affect verification, credential decisions, directory ordering, rankings, editorial status or factual filters. Sponsorship is a separate, manually quoted and clearly labelled product.
Leads
Any access to consented GVL enquiries is variable upside, depends on the applicable country credential, exact programme, claim, subscription and eligibility rules, and carries no promise of volume, conversion or revenue. Up to three eligible firms may receive one enquiry. Premium fees are payable for the profile and analytics product even when no enquiries are assigned. A lapsed firm receives no new enquiries but retains read-only access to client details previously shared with it.
Billing administration
Stripe hosts Checkout and the Customer Portal. Firms must keep billing and tax information accurate. Premium access follows the signed Stripe subscription state: active and past-due subscriptions retain access while Stripe retries payment, and inactive states remove it.
Content and responsibility
The firm confirms it has the right to supply submitted text, images and videos and that the material is accurate and not misleading. Publication review is not legal endorsement. Golden Visa Lawyers may reject, correct, unpublish or remove material that fails its editorial, rights or currency checks.
