Advanced Profile Subscription Terms

These terms apply when an approved owner subscribes a claimed firm profile to the Golden Visa Lawyers Advanced profile.
Subscription
The Advanced profile costs €99 per month or €890 per year and renews automatically until cancelled. There is no trial. The price a firm subscribes at is held for its first 12 months. Blue Venture Studios Pty Ltd is the merchant. Taxes are calculated by Stripe from the billing information supplied at Checkout under the merchant's Stripe tax configuration.
Cancellation and access
The approved firm owner can cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Enhanced modules are after Advanced profile access ends but retained for restoration; the firm's core factual profile remains live.
What the Advanced profile changes
The Advanced profile provides moderated profile enhancements, booking tools and owner-safe aggregate analytics. Advanced profile firms are listed above basic listings on directory pages. Analytics counts are directional and may include automated activity. Firm-supplied content remains subject to review and is labelled on the public profile.
What the Advanced profile never changes
Payment does not affect verification, credential decisions, editorial status or factual filters. Featured Partner sponsorship is a separate, clearly labelled product with its own terms below.
Leads
Any access to consented GVL enquiries is variable upside, depends on the applicable country credential, exact programme, claim, subscription and eligibility rules, and carries no promise of volume, conversion or revenue. Up to three eligible firms may receive one enquiry. Advanced profile fees are payable for the profile and analytics product even when no enquiries are assigned. A lapsed firm receives no new enquiries but retains read-only access to client details previously shared with it.
Billing administration
Stripe hosts Checkout and the Customer Portal. Firms must keep billing and tax information accurate. Advanced profile access follows the signed Stripe subscription state: active and past-due subscriptions retain access while Stripe retries payment, and inactive states remove it.
Content and responsibility
The firm confirms it has the right to supply submitted text, images and videos and that the material is accurate and not misleading. Publication review is not legal endorsement. Golden Visa Lawyers may reject, correct, unpublish or remove material that fails its editorial, rights or currency checks.
Featured Partner Sponsorship Terms

These terms apply when an approved owner buys a Featured Partner sponsorship for a claimed, published firm profile.
Sponsorship
A Featured Partner sponsorship makes one firm the only Featured Partner on one directory page: a labelled banner, the first place in that page's list and a mention in that country's guides. It costs €300 per month for top pages or €150 per month for other pages, as shown before you buy, and is billed monthly. Blue Venture Studios Pty Ltd is the merchant. Taxes are calculated by Stripe from the billing information supplied at Checkout.
Minimum term and ending
Each sponsorship has a 6-month minimum term from the day it starts. The approved firm owner can end it from the owner dashboard at any time; it then ends on the later of the end of the minimum term and the end of the period already paid for. Payments already made are not refunded.
Advanced profile included
While a sponsorship is live, the firm has the Advanced profile at no extra charge. A firm that also pays for a separate Advanced profile subscription can cancel that subscription in its billing settings.
One Featured Partner per page
Each page has at most one Featured Partner. If another firm takes the page before your payment completes, you are not placed; we cancel the subscription and refund the payment.
What sponsorship never changes
Sponsorship does not affect verification, credential decisions, editorial content or factual filters, and a sponsored placement is always labelled. Enquiry and lead volume are not guaranteed.
Billing administration
Stripe hosts Checkout and the billing portal. The billing portal is for payment methods, billing details and invoices; a sponsorship is ended only from the owner dashboard. A placement stays live while Stripe retries a failed payment and ends when the subscription is cancelled or unpaid.
