Golden Visa Lawyer Fees: The 2026 Fee Index
The Golden Visa Lawyer Fee Index collects golden visa lawyer fees: what law firms charge for golden visa work, using only fees a firm publishes on its own website or sends us directly. Every figure shows its source and how many data points sit behind it. We do not estimate or fill gaps.
The index publishes once 5 independent law firms have contributed. Until then we show no fee figures and no firm names. So far 0 of 5 independent firms have contributed.
Golden Visa Lawyer Fees by Country and Programme
Grouped by country, programme and fee type. Lowest and median are starting prices: for a range we count its low end. A median appears once a group has 5 data points.
Results appear here once 5 independent firms have contributed.
How the index works
- Nothing is published until 5 independent law firms have contributed. Related businesses, labelled as such on their profiles, can contribute but do not count towards it.
- We record a fee only when a firm publishes it on its own website (we link the page and the date we checked it) or sends it to us for the survey.
- Each data point keeps the firm's own wording: a fixed price, a starting price or a range, the currency it was quoted in and whether VAT is included.
- Amounts in different currencies are never converted or combined.
- Government fees are separate. For Portugal, see the Portugal Golden Visa lawyer fees page for AIMA's official fee table.
Law firms: add your fees
If your firm handles golden visa work, send us your fee for a principal applicant, each dependant, renewals and the first consultation, with the currency and VAT treatment. Email sarah@goldenvisalawyers.com. Tell us whether we may name your firm; if not, your figures count in the totals only.
