Jeremy Richard Scudamore founded Scudamore Law in Madrid in 1997 and is its managing partner. The firm presents him as an Anglo-Spanish lawyer and a door tenant at Henderson Chambers. His current Bar Standards Board record independently confirms that he is a self-employed practising barrister, called by Middle Temple in November 1982, with a practising certificate valid from 1 April 2026 to 30 April 2027. It records full rights of audience and public-access status, plus entitlements covering immigration work, probate activities, reserved instrument activities and administration of oaths; it expressly states that he is not authorised to conduct litigation. His work spans Spanish immigration and residence, property, commercial matters, inheritance and cross-border disputes. His LinkedIn profile lists City University London in 1981-82 but does not specify the award and publishes English, Spanish, French and Italian language capability. Scudamore Law displays an ICAM badge and describes him as double-qualified, but no current Spanish colegiado number was located in the reviewed public sources, so that status should be confirmed directly. Spain closed the investor-residence route to new applications from 3 April 2025; his current Golden Visa relevance is limited to eligible transitional cases and renewals.
